Darrell and Mike came out to pump my tanks and inspect the tank and pump and field. They were very knowledgeable, explained everything, even removed some extra debris left from a previous repair so the performance would be the best. Great, efficient service.

Darrell and Mike were AMAZING! We could not ask for better support from them. They explained everything to us and were extremely thorough. They should be everyone’s first and only call! 10 stars!

I would give the guy who came out to take care of our septic (Derrel?) five stars. He was great and had good information for us about maintenance on our system. My problem is with the office staff. I think the girl’s name is Kelly - I’ve called her at least three times to get a quote for moving the septic aerator pump higher up. She didn’t call me back the first time, said she would get me a quote for the work the second time I called and the third time I called she told me that someone named Matthew would call me back with a quote. Matthew never called.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re so glad to hear Darrel provided you with excellent service and helpful information. We also want to apologize for the lack of follow-up on your quote. It appears your request was may have been overlooked during our busy summer schedule, and we completely understand your frustration. That isn’t the experience we want any customer to have. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you’re still interested in having the work done, we’d appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Outstanding customer care from Kelli, Wyatt, Daniel, and Mathew that we worked with. The whole family owned business ran as a super team! Any questions or problems we had were immediately acknowledged and solved. The technicians who came to help were nice in explaining what they were doing and why. We are now lifelong customers!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much! We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and are thrilled you were pleased with our service. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
