We had a blockage at the firehouse in which unsanitary water was backed up all over the floor. Cross not only showed up rapidly but he came with a clear cut solution. A job that would have taken most plumbers hour an hour to do Cross expertise had that clog out of the trap in minutes. I highly recommend Cross, very professional, knowledgeable , and hard working.
