The owner has terrible attitude. Very rude. The rest of the staff is amazing but that owner needs a reality check.

Excellent service all around! Friendly response when I called. Prompt reply in getting back to me with a price & time for service. Thorough, accurate records of our previous services. Friendly, helpful driver. Just can't say enough great things about my experience. For a stressful situation I had, they offered such great support and kindness. I highly recommend A Bee Septic!!

Friendly and professional. I love it when a business takes the time to explain how things work and aren’t bothered by a bunch of questions from a curious homeowner. I’ll be a customer for life.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Al we do understand most people, do not understand how some of this works. Glad we were able to help.

We will be using A Bee for any and all future septic needs! We were in an emergency situation and the only ones to come through were A Bee! Our technician Dave was hands down the best tech we could've asked for, well mannered, competent, and extremely knowledgeable! Helped us out and exceeded beyond all expectations. We are very grateful for their help and will be using their services here on out as they are reliable, on time, and are a great value.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Matt we are happy all worked out well for you .
