Great service. Showed up within 15 minutes of scheduled time, cleared the area they needed to access, worked efficiently and quickly (without seeming to rush), and most importantly, provided tips and advice on how to keep my septic strong for years to come.

    Response from the owner

Thanks, GG! We’re glad our team was prompt, efficient, and helpful with septic care tips. We appreciate your support and kind words!

There are a lot of unethical septic companies out there and have found A Aaron Super Rooter to be a breath of fresh air. From courteous responses to timely service. As an Architect and Realtor I would hands down recommend them - they even replaced my drain field a few years ago. Thank you Richard for answering your phone on weekends and being dependable.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Ines! We’re honored by your trust and recommendation. Glad Richard and our team could provide courteous, dependable service. We appreciate you.

I have been using this company for 20 years. They have been keeping my septic system functional and replaced my drain fields. They have been quick to respond when I have been in need and everyone from Mary in the office to the guys who have come out to do the dirty work, all have been very pleasant. I have recommended them many times over the years to others and everyone has been happy with their service. They are willing to work with you if having to pay off a large project. Most importantly, they have repeatedly proven to be honest and competent.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Diana! We’re honored by your 20 years of trust and kind words about Mary and our team. We truly appreciate your recommendations and support!

This company is highly rated on the BBB website and I now know why. Everyone I met today was professional, personable and did not try to profit off my problem (mysterious hole in the yard near the septic).I knew from my prodding that there was an issue with the lid on the septic tank. One company, without seeing the problem, informed me that I needed a new drainfield and suggested that their company pump the septic in order ro find out for certain.

    Response from the owner

Thanks, Donna! We’re glad our team gave honest guidance and fixed the broken septic lid without upselling. We appreciate the BBB shout-out and your recommendation!

We called them to clean the septic tank. An inspector came by 2 months later and it had not been fully cleaned. We had to call someone else to come and finish their job. DO NOT RECOMMEND
