About A&A Quick Pump

From the website of A&A Quick Pump, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

A&A Quick Pump pumps septic tanks, installs risers, and handles septic inspections. Pumping prevents backups and keeps the system running smoothly. Risers make a tank easier and more convenient to care for between pumpings. When something seems wrong, the company sets up an inspection to find the cause.

Very disappointed in services. We needed a Porta potty on our land as our Landlord was fixing our bathroom. The business never returned calls or text messages from Landlord or my wife or myself. When I was finally delivered, they said they would empty it every week two weeks I’ve gone by and it has not been empty. We tried calling to say that we don’t need it anymore, and requested it be removed. There have been no callbacks or confirmation that they are removing it from our property.

Absolutely terrible company. I was told our porta potty would be emptied every Wednesday. It was not emptied on Wednesday and now it's been 13 days since it was last emptied. It has become unusable and has been left full in the hot weather. I have called so many times. Usually there's no answer. Or I'm told by someone they will call me back later. They have not once called me. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

First time using this company. They were absolutely outstanding. We rented 2 units for an event. They must have brought us the cleanest porta-pots in the country!

Before You Call

One decision to weigh before the next pumping is whether to add a riser. A&A Quick Pump installs risers, and a phone call can answer whether the tank in the yard can take one.
