Great communication and really worked hard on getting the work done prior to closing escrow. The owner was very pleased.

Matt and the A1 Testing team are the best in the business, period. They are reliable, honest, and provide a very high level of service. As a local Lake Tahoe and Truckee Realtor, I use them often for PUD sewer lateral tests, septic pumping, and they have even installed new septic systems for my clients. In addition, they have fixed broken water lines and helped clients when they are in need. A1 Testing is the best of the best and if you give them your business, they will honor your trust and complete the job quickly and on budget. They are always my first call and they should be yours too.

    Response from the owner

Incredibly kind words, Dave! We strive to do our absolute best to value people and provide honest and transparent services, bringing value and expertise to the things we are involved in. We are working diligently to improve our customers experiences while earnestly seeking to be an extension of our partners teams and reputations. It’s not lost on us, people such as yourself, are extending the very thing they’ve spent their entire career earning, trust.

I had a customer on a septic with a backed up sewer on a Saturday morning, upon arrival I noticed the septic tank needed to be pumped out, gave these guys a call they were literally right down the street and came over in 10minuets flat. Very polite and professional workers who went above and beyond helping us to figure out why the sewer is backing up. I highly appreciate these guys and will be recommending them to all our customers. Great job guys I was super proud of your service it was a pleasure to meet you.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much, Dustin, for sharing such a positive review! It was truly a pleasure meeting you. Septic and sewer backups are never easy to deal with, and I’m glad we were able to resolve the issue quickly for you. We’re honored to be the only septic company serving the Truckee/Tahoe community and take pride in being there when our neighbors need us most. Wishing you and your family a joyful and peaceful holiday season!
