I had my septic tank pump last week ago the guy was very nice. But he only stud 15 minute to 20 minute tops to pump my septic tank out, and my septic tank is still overflowing 3 days later it does not supposed to be like that I got someone else last year ago not naming the name of the company and they did a good job, it didn't back up until a year and a half when I got the other company to pump my septic tank, now I got A1 septic services to pump it and literally 3 days later it's overflowing very very bad service, not doing the job correctly, they just know how to get money out of people, I recommend not to use this company I know I will never use this company anymore, I'm out of $400 for no reason

Avoid this company. They will waste your time. Had me wait 2 weeks to inspect a septic tank on a property I'm trying to purchase .When the day finally comes to send someone out, they refused to do the work because the driver was afraid he was going to get stuck. Then he argued about it. They never rescheduled the service and lady on the phone was so unprofessional and rude. This was the biggest waste of time. They were trying to overcharge for the service too! I found another company. I got a better deal with much nicer people else where.

We used this company to pump out our septic system.. This is the end of what they did right!!!! We scheduled them to come back and put in a riser … NEVER SHOWED UP!! NO CALL!! NO MESSAGE!! They just did NOT show up.... So now we have a hole around our septic system... When we called to find out why they didn't call us, the OWNER MIKE, who did not introduce himself , gave us a list of EXCUSES... 1. they cancelled us because another customer had cancelled .. (never called us to let us know) 2. the price quote THEIR GUY gave us was "not enough" so we would be charged OTHER FEES 3.

Customers who came away happy describe a crew that knows septic systems well. Roger writes that the technician knew more about where his sewer system was located than he did himself. Bilbo's review says they "always get the job done."

Before You Call

If a tank is backing up, A-1's pump-out service is the one to call about. Ask how soon a truck can get to the property and what a routine pump-out visit includes, and let the answers settle whether they are the right fit for the timeline.
