A-1 Septic Pumping Plus in Mandan, ND

Wow! Talk about service. Randy had a busy schedule but we needed in as soon as possible for an emergency pump of our system. He explained everything to my husband and what to look for going forward if we continue to have issues. Fast forward to the next day, he called and checked on us to make sure we weren’t having more issues and if we had gotten ahold of the company he referred us to for further inspection. Thanks Randy! That speaks volumes of your business and your character. We appreciate you!

I called after hours and talked to the owner Randy. I thought my septic tank was full because I came home to basement full of you know what. I am not a previous customer but his willingness to help me diagnose the issue to the best of his ability over the phone made me a sure customer for life. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for an honest businessman to deal with.

Had some pump issues and Randy came out and replaced even though it was below zero. Great to work with - explained everything - came right away! Would recommend to anyone with a septic tank!
