A-1 responded quickly to my request for service. Their crew was on site in a couple of hours. They were professional and well-equipped. They got my tanks cleaned out in about two hours and they were on their way. The price was very reasonable in my opinion.

I had an outstanding experience with A1 Sanitation Services from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond during my septic cleanout service. The lady at the front desk who helped get everything scheduled was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Scott and Cole were absolutely top-notch when they came out for the service. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Response from the owner

Providing helpful, professional service and taking care of our customers is always our goal, so your feedback means a lot to our team. We sincerely appreciate your trust and look forward to continuing to serve you in the future!

TCEQ Registered Sludge Transporters13 Sept 2026

We searched the TCEQ registered sludge transporter register and did not find a match for A-1 Sanitation Service. That register covers the transport of sludge and grease, not septic system installation, and a company that pumps but does not haul has no reason to hold that registration, so the result does not establish whether the company is licensed for septic work.

Before You Call

For a septic tank that needs pumping, the immediate decision is when to schedule the cleanout. One question worth asking by phone is whether the tank lids need to be exposed before the crew arrives.
