Forgot his name but the plumber did his job right, found where the actual leak was coming from in the kitchen and fixed it, he only charge me for service fee and didn’t try to rip me off, I would recommend 5 Star Plumbing to anyone out there who needs a good plumbing service.

    Response from the owner

They replaced my toilet wax flanges a few times over the course of a year or so. Problem persisted so I called someone else. Problem solved. Sorry guys but this is the truth. Hi 5 Star. I see you replied to my public feedback more rapidly than when I was a dissatisfied customer. I’m not calling you per your request to discuss my problems since they were resolved after i hired the next company. I’m posting out of duty to share my experience with others. Nothing more.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take customer concerns seriously and would like the opportunity to look into this. However, we have been unable to identify a customer or service record that matches the circumstances described in this review, including multiple visits for the same issue. We also do not have enough information from the review to determine which property or service this refers to. If you were genuinely a customer of ours, please contact our office directly with the name the service was booked under, the service address, or an approximate date of service. We would be happy to review our records and address the matter appropriately. We value honest feedback from our customers and want to make sure every review can be connected to an actual service experience.

Adam went above and beyond! Instead of just replacing the worn out parts, he helped locate and fixed the root cause of why the fairly new pressure tank and pressure valve on my water heater had already gone bad. I am new to the area so it's good to have found the company for all my future plumbing needs!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your review, Ken Bowen! We are glad you are satisfied with our plumbing service. It was a pleasure working with you.
