About 4M's Septic & Sewer

From the website of 4M's Septic & Sewer, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

4M's Septic & Sewer pumps and cleans septic tanks and handles service and repair work on the equipment around them. That covers riser, baffle and effluent filter installation, pump replacement and line replacement, along with wet well cleanings, pump and haul jobs and peek-a-boo camera service. Portable toilet rental and municipality sewer service are offered as well. A backup is the case their site flags as urgent, since waste backing up in sinks or toilets needs immediate attention. After-hour and emergency service is available when the schedule allows.

Fought tooth and literal nail to unclog my system using the septic pump. Probably pulled 20 years of buildup with it. Great for the service and competitive pricing.

Response from the owner

Thanks for taking time to leave us a review!

I had 4m septic and sewer come clean my septic tank and I could not have asked for better service. I have not had any experience with septic any where else I have lived and as a new homeowner I was not sure what to expect but I was treated well and everything was explained really well. I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything and give me a few pointers. I would recommend them to everyone.

Response from the owner

Thanks for the review Jenny! Happy to hear you had a good experience and some good pointers for your system!

Erick is extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. Showed up timely, gave honest pricing and was willing to give my septic system a thorough field inspection. He also gave solid advice on how to keep the system in tip top shape. 4M will be my septic service going forward without question!

Response from the owner

Thanks for leaving us a review! We try to help as much as we can!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviews describe Erick, the owner, doing the work himself and taking time to explain how a septic system works. Pumping with root removal on a tank, a thorough field inspection and maintenance pointers for a new homeowner all come up. On speed, Robert writes that after a 9am call Erick "was able to fit me in that day" and had the tank done by 2pm.

Around Flint, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Flint city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

A tank that fills again soon after a pumping points to trouble out in the line rather than in the tank, and a peek-a-boo camera pass can show where the problem sits before anyone digs. If drains are slowing right now, that camera service is the question worth putting to 4M's on the phone, along with whether the same visit can make the repair.
