James was very pleasant. Informed me of the cause of the blockage. Also helped clean up some of the water and debris. It was a pleasure working with this company for the first time. I will gladly contact them if I have a problem in the future.

The customer service lady that helped me schedule was very friendly and helpful! James was great to work with! I thought it was going to be a simple snake job. It turned out it wasn't but James still was able to get it taken care of!!

Several reviewers describe James clearing stubborn clogs and getting to sewer line problems fast, including one caller whose basement floor drain was backing up overnight. Drew wrote that the crew "was able to clear our main line in under an hour," and others mention being kept updated during a sewer lateral replacement. One customer called a cable-out drain job difficult but said the crew worked hard to finish it.
