Prices have gotten out of control, they nickel and dime you for every single thing. Our bills have nearly doubled in the past three years. Going to find another source.

    Response from the owner

Hi Michael, We truly appreciate your business and your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We'd like to share some context - this is actually our first price increase in over 10 years. During that time, the cost of labor, equipment, fuel, and regulatory compliance has risen significantly. Our recent adjustments were made to keep up with these rising costs while continuing to provide the level of service and reliability our customers expect. We never want a loyal customer to feel undervalued, and we'd be more than happy to review your account and go over any billing concerns. Please feel free to call our main office. We are here to help and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further. We hope we can clear up any frustration and have the chance to earn back your confidence. Warm regards, The Pit Clean Team 1-800-748-2532
